We will exact the following conditions for the

coinage:-

We will coin only the silver presented for that purpose with a certificate showing that the same has been paid all revenues; and provided also that it be of a fineness of .999 (999/1000) at least.

We will also coin amounts not less than $1,000,000 'pesos".

Ard. Coinage rate will be 24 % on the nominal value, when the coinage shell be for one million only; but if it shall be over one million in one order the rate will be reduced 47 for each additional million, up to four million, and thereafter 14 % regardless of the amount.

4th. The coinage time will be as a general rule 1 days

for each million pieces, but for orders exceeding one million pieces the time for coloing may be less, as may be previously arranged in sach case.

The coined pieces shall be delivered at the City of Mexico it being a condition that a certain house through which the coin is to be exported shall be stated to the Custom House and a certi- -floate shall be presented afterwards within a reasonable time, according to prearrangement in sach case, showing that it has been exported, ir preferred by the interested parties, we will under- -take to make the delivery of the coined pieces in any part of the United States, or Burcoe, (previous payment of expenses, such as packing and exoressage) without any charge whatever for commission.
